Mortgage Assistant

TEKsystems is currently hiring entry level Mortgage Assistants to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution!

Position Title: Mortgage Operations Support Assistant (MOSA)

Job Description:

• To provide operational support for Management, Supervisory Staff, Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers
• Executing essential mortgage production tasks
• Assist with new loan setup including indexing, member follow ups, ordering and/or validating documents
• Track and update action items in database
• Maintain systematic, consistent, and reliable notes and contact history information on each member interaction and actions taken on accounts

Qualifications:

• Verbal and written communication skills
• Basic skill performing mathematical calculations and working accurately with numbers
• Basic skill navigating multiple screens and PC applications and adapting to new technologies

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Pensacola, FL/ hybrid schedule, onsite 2 days per week

Attendance Policy: No time off in the first 6 months

Pay: $15.00/hour

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
