EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 1 residency program or 3 years of related experience.Preferred Qualifications:Doctor of Pharmacy degree.Completion of an ASHP accredited post-graduate year 2 residency program in Hematology/Oncology OR two years of experience in Hematology/Oncology.LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS OR CERTIFICATIONSRequired:Licensed to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas or eligible to practice pharmacy in the state of Texas.
