Role Description This full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role is based in Blue Bell, PA and focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in an outpatient setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. The Physical Therapist will provide hands-on care, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate, timely documentation. The role involves collaborating with referring providers and other clinical team members, educating patients and families on home exercise programs, and supporting a safe, inclusive, and patient-centered environment. Participation in continuing education, clinical mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives is encouraged. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans. Demonstrated skills in Patient Care and Home Care, including patient education, functional training, and development of home exercise programs. Applied knowledge of Medicine as it relates to musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions commonly treated in outpatient therapy. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusive, respectful interactions with patients and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced clinical environment.
