Lease OperatorLocation: Moundsville, WV / Ohio Valley Area Schedule: 7 on / 7 off – Night Shift (84-hour rotation) Pay: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Lease Operator to support oil and gas production operations in the Wheeling area. The ideal candidate will have prior field experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to safety and operational efficiency.This position is responsible for daily well surveillance, production optimization, basic maintenance, and accurate reporting of field data.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily operational checks of assigned wells and production facilitiesMonitor, optimize, and maintain oil and gas production systemsConduct production tests using established proceduresPerform minor repairs on surface production and injection equipmentOperate production and injection equipment safely and efficientlyMaintain compressors, separators, gas lift systems, dehydration units, VRUs, GPUs, and burnersCollect, record, and report daily production data including gas/liquid volumes, well pressures, and chemical usagePerform regulatory and compliance inspections as requiredUtilize SCADA systems and other computer-based monitoring/trending softwareEnsure safe working practices are followed at all timesMaintain clean, organized, and safe field locationsRequirements2+ years of oil and gas production / lease operator experience strongly preferredStrong mechanical aptitude requiredExperience with gas compression and dehydration systems preferredFamiliarity with SCADA or similar monitoring systemsBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, reporting)Ability to work independently on night shiftMust be reliable and safety-focusedClean driving record required (MUST be insurable)Pioneer Production Services, Inc. provides equal opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type protected by federal, state or local laws.
