Customer Service Representative (Remote) *Location:* Remote (Must reside within the Eastern Time Zone)
Preferred Availability: Monday -Friday 8/hr shift between 8am- 8pm EST( weekends may be required )

Position Overview We are seeking a *Customer Service Representative* to provide exceptional support to customers through a high-volume inbound call environment. In this fully remote role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers, assisting with service inquiries, billing questions, account updates, and issue resolution while delivering a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
* Manage a high volume of inbound customer calls.
* Assist customers with service inquiries, billing questions, account maintenance, and transactions.
* Identify customer needs and provide accurate, timely solutions.
* Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
* Document customer interactions and updates accurately.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive customer experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed appropriately.
Qualifications
* 2-4 years of recent call center or customer service experience required.
* Previous remote work experience preferred.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Comfortable navigating multiple systems and applications simultaneously.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and basic office technology.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Spanish bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
