PRN Certified Occupational Therapy AssistantsBenchmark Therapies is looking for PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to help support our therapy teams throughout the Hollidaysburg and Blair County area.Our local locations include:Presbyterian Village at HollidaysburgThe Lutheran Home at HollidaysburgHollidaysburg Veterans' HomeThis can be a good fit for COTAs who want flexible PRN work and like having more than one nearby location where additional hours may be available.There is no set weekly schedule required. We work with our PRN therapists based on their availability and the needs of our therapy departments.What You'll DoProvide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational TherapistCarry out individualized treatment plans based on each resident's needs and goalsHelp residents improve safety, independence, and participation in everyday activitiesAddress areas such as strength, endurance, mobility, cognition, adaptive techniques, and functional skillsComplete timely and accurate documentationCommunicate and collaborate with OTs, nursing, residents, families, and other therapy team membersHelp provide coverage across our Blair County locations when additional support is neededWhat We're Looking ForGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant programCurrent Pennsylvania COTA licenseStrong communication and teamwork skillsA dependable and resident-centered approachAn interest in working with older adultsPRN with BenchmarkFlexible scheduling based on your availabilityNo weekly or monthly minimum requirementWork at least once every six months to remain activeWhether you're looking for an occasional day, some extra hours, or a flexible way to stay involved in clinical practice, we'd be happy to talk with you!
