Details Home health setting serving adults and geriatric patients Caseload of 8-12 assigned patients Day shift, 5x8 hour schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM No weekend requirement Mileage territory of 35 miles with federal IRS standard mileage rate reimbursement May float within scope to meet facility needs Cerner charting system preferred Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience required Current BLS certification required NBCOT certification required New Mexico state license required, if applicable MOAB certification required (facility will provide training if not already certified; failure to pass may result in contract cancellation) Pending state license accepted Second set of fingerprints required upon arrival for CYFD compliance due to potential presence of children in homes Additional Information Level I Trauma, teaching, children's hospital with short-term acute care services Light blue scrub color required COVID vaccine optional, though facility requires reporting of vaccination status or declination First-time travelers accepted RTO requests greater than 7 days require approval No local candidates within 100 miles of the facility Guaranteed 40 hours per week, with facility allowed up to 3 call-offs during the 13-week assignment 6-month system break required after 1 year or 4 consecutive assignments, whichever comes first 12 months separation required for former staff American Traveler Job ID P-762663.
