You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Sensors and Integration Test Center. Our team is the corporation's Center of Excellence for electro-optical and infrared fire-control sensor systems, delivering final assembly, integration, and test of mission-critical sensors.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a union-represented crew of mechanical, electrical, and optical assemblers while driving quality, schedule, and cost excellence.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead day-to-day production activities, ensuring composite, paint, bonding, and testing processes meet high-performance standards.
• Coach, develop, and motivate the team, fostering a collaborative environment that embraces continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong written and oral communication, building effective relationships across engineering, supply chain, and management.
• Resolve conflicts swiftly and uphold safety and compliance with AS9100 and other applicable standards.
• Provide transparent status reporting and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
