Home Health Aide (HHA) - Pediatric Private Duty ????✨
Full-Time | Day Shift | One‑on‑One Care
???? Location: Uniontown, PA
???? Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated HHA to provide 1:1 private duty care for a wonderful 5‑year‑old male child . This is a great opportunity to build meaningful connections, deliver personalized care, and see the impact of your work every single day-all in a supportive home setting.

???? What You'll Do:- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for the child
- Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
- Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care
- Home Health Aide certification or comparable caregiver experience - Will Train!
- Previous experience with pediatric care preferred
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
