Job Description
Oversee day-to-day plant operations. Lead production and support departments. Drive KPI improvement initiatives. Develop supervisors and future leaders. Improve operational efficiency and profitability. Support strategic growth initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Manager should have:
- 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience
- Experience managing multiple departments or functional areas
- Strong knowledge of production, safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles
- Proven track record of driving operational performance improvements
- Experience developing supervisors and leadership teams
- Strong financial and business acumen
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
- Experience in a multi-shift manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP and production planning systems
- Track record of leading plant growth and operational excellence initiatives
