Job Description Medical Director – Occupational Medicine Location: Portland, OR area | Hybrid: Tue–Thu in-office, Mon/Fri remote Schedule: 30–40 hours/week | Full-Time, Direct Hire Salary: $200,000–$300,000 base additional incentives About the Role: Clinical Magnet is seeking an experienced physician to join our partner's organization as Medical Director overseeing our occupational medicine and workers’ compensation team. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing group of physician reviewers, help shape care standards, and make a meaningful impact on employee health—all without the pressures of full-time patient care.
