What will you be doing?

• Lead the evolution of our cutting-edge ML & Data Platform, driving innovation at every turn.
• Build dynamic ML pipelines, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Design and operationalize transformative Bronze → Silver → Gold data flows, empowering ML workloads and fueling enterprise analytics.
• Develop and maintain ML-ready datasets and a Feature Store.
• Turn business needs into scalable, impactful ML solutions.
• Engineer robust ETL/ELT and automated workflows.
• Collaborate to ensure ML solutions deliver business impact.
• Mentor the team and champion engineering excellence.
• Safeguard data governance, security, and performance.
• Create dashboards and models to turn ML insights into action.

What are the minimum qualifications?

• 5–7 years of ML and data engineering, including building data models and leading teams.
• Designed ML-ready architectures and scalable workflows; set engineering standards.
• Expert in Medallion Architecture for structured, ML-ready datasets.
• Experienced with Azure Databricks for ML and data pipelines.
• Migrated workloads to Databricks; used Delta Lake, MLflow, and Databricks Workflows.
• Proficient in Python for ML, feature engineering, and MLOps.
• Advanced SQL for data transformation and ELT pipelines.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative, experimental environments.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise data and ML solutions.
• Designed feature stores and production-grade data assets.
• Integrated ML outputs into analytics tools and dashboards.
• Designed dashboards for ML insights, data quality, and model performance.
• Familiar with Power BI best practices, DAX, and visualization.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Salary: $160k – $185k
