We're seeking a compassionate physician who thrives in a supportive environment and values schedule flexibility and a healthy work life balance. You'll join a close knit group of four physicians and one nurse practitioner in beautiful rural Northeastern Oregon.

Highlights:

• Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home
• Four 10-hour days per week
• 1:4 call (currently shared with 4 physicians)
• Average 15-20 patients per day
• Scribe provided for providers who average 15+ patients per day
• Behavioral health and lab on-site
• Epic EMR
• 1:1 Medical Support Staff
• Fulltime, permanent
• Competitive total compensation opportunity (305k+) with RVU production bonus opportunity -Quality incentives up to $30,000 annually
• Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time, Student loan assistance
