Senior Compensation Analyst

We are hiring a Compensation Analyst to support Anduril’s continued hyper‑growth by architecting and implementing compensation strategies across the organization. What You’ll Do Drive compensation programs and projects to scale Anduril’s people infrastructure. Provide guidance to People Business Partners and leadership throughout annual and mid‑year compensation planning cycles. Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation aligned with strategy and market trends. Lead job evaluation processes, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families and levels. Partner with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues, support strategic decisions, and implement initiatives. Coordinate with People Operations on compensation cycles, including implementation, budgets, UAT testing, and data integrity. Lead change management and communications of compensation practices with managers and team members. Build strong partnerships with People Operations, People Business Partners, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Stock, Finance, Accounting, and third‑party vendors. Proactively solve problems, filling skill gaps and ensuring solutions fit the organization’s pace. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in compensation roles. Experience with job architecture, level guides, and market analytics. Strong analytical skills translating data into insights and recommendations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully. Passionate about educating and mentoring partners on compensation strategy. Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information. Preferred Qualifications Experience building compensation programs in a high‑growth startup. Experience leading compensation initiatives through HCM systems like WorkDay, PAVE, or Rippling. Salary Range

$113,000 – $149,000 USD
