We are seeking 2‑3 Designers at this time. Responsibilities User Research & Insights Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations Analyze user feedback and research findings to inform design decisions Create personas, user journeys, and scenarios to guide the design process Translate user insights into actionable design requirements Design & Prototyping Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for digital products Develop intuitive navigation systems and information architecture Design responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications Maintain consistent visual language across all digital touchpoints Usability Testing & Validation Participate in planning and conducting usability testing sessions to validate design solutions Analyze test results and iterate designs based on user feedback Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively Help maintain design documentation, style guides, and pattern librariesContribute to TP-Link's design system and component library #J-18808-Ljbffr
