Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $250K+ Base Salary + $15K Performance Bonus
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Outpatient Only)

• Provide comprehensive primary care services (adult/geriatric population)

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Develop individualized treatment plans

• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams

• Focus on preventive care and quality metrics

• MD or DO (Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)

• Active or eligible medical license in AL and/or MS

• Strong commitment to patient-centered, value-based care
