System Architect

Title: Programmer Analyst VI

Location: Lansing, MI (2-days onsite, 3-days remote Hybrid Schedule)

Note: This is a W2 contract position – C2C, 1099, & 3 rd party candidates WILL NOT be considered

This position is responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform. As a System Architect, they will both perform and lead the team with project tasks, including gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementing, and documenting the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.

Position Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Architect-level experience, providing infrastructure, network, and application support
• 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
• 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Azure platform, as well as Azure DevOps and Azure Communications
• 5+ years of experience operating as a Customer Service Analyst
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
• Experience with CICD/Release Management, including defining, communicating, and managing technical change management (release) processes for Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience designing and documenting technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems; experience preparing written instructions and documentation
• Experience identifying risks and issues from a technical perspective, including performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers
• Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations, and communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience
• Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner, and seek optimum solutions; ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure
• Effective ability to create highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
