Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Assistant role located in Chestnut Hill, MA. The Medical Assistant will support patient care by assisting with clinical duties, maintaining medical records, and managing medical office tasks. Responsibilities include preparing examination rooms, documenting patient information, scheduling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for patients. The MA is responsible for setting up and performing cardiovascular testing under the direct supervision of the Cardiologist and Medical Director.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medical Assisting and providing direct Patient Care
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and accurate documentation in Medical Records
• Experience with Medical Office operations and routines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant) are preferred
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is beneficial
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
