YOUR ROLE
As a CMA, you play a vital role in the efficiency and quality of our nursing team. Your core responsibilities include:
• Administering medications accurately and in accordance with provider orders
• Documenting medication administration in our EMR and MAR systems
• Supporting LPNs and RNs by managing medication workflows, allowing them to focus on higher-level clinical tasks
• Monitoring residents for medication responses and reporting observations to nursing staff
• Building respectful, trusting relationships with residents and their families
This role requires precision, accountability, and a genuine commitment to resident safety and well-being.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You're a strong candidate if you:
• Hold a current CMA license through the Oregon State Board of Nursing in good standing
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Are observant, reliable, and able to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and professionalism with residents and staff
• Work well independently and as part of a collaborative care team
