Our outpatient clinic treats a diverse orthopedic population with services including post-operative rehabilitation, sports medicine, injury prevention, spinal rehabilitation, orthopedic manual therapy, and general physical rehabilitation. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients move better, recover faster, and return to the activities they love. Compensation: Competitive annual salary of $75,000–$95,000 , based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Qualifications: Graduate of an APTA-accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Current New Hampshire Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure. Manual therapy experience and advanced clinical problem-solving skills preferred. Strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive comprehensive clinical mentorship. Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide high-quality one-on-one physical therapy treatments in 40-minute appointment sessions. Deliver evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation, post-operative care, sports medicine, and manual therapy interventions. Manage an active outpatient caseload while maintaining excellent patient satisfaction. Complete accurate and timely documentation using the WebPT electronic medical record system. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with fellow clinicians to provide exceptional patient care. Work scheduled evening hours as part of the clinic schedule. Skills: Strong manual therapy skills and clinical reasoning abilities. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and lasting relationships with patients. Adaptability in treating a diverse orthopedic patient population.
