Training Coordinator

Job Description Job Description Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Training Coordinator to support a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Birmingham, AL. This role is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and maintaining employee training programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The Training Coordinator will report directly to the Quality Assurance Manager and play a key role in maintaining training records and supporting audit readiness. Job Title: Training Coordinator Location: Birmingham, AL Company: Diversified Sourcing Solutions (On-site at Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Client) Pay Rate: $22 – $25/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule training sessions for new hires and current employees Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in accordance with GMP and regulatory requirements Track employee training completion and follow up on overdue or missing training Assist in the development and updating of training materials and SOP-related documentation Support onboarding and orientation training processes Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and ensure compliance Prepare training reports and documentation for internal and external audits Ensure all training activities align with FDA, GMP, and company quality standards Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to training processes Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (science, education, or related discipline) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, quality, or compliance within an FDA-regulated environment preferred Working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), GDP (Good Documentation Practices), and FDA compliance requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus Excellent communication and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company Gain experience in a highly regulated and growing industry Competitive hourly pay with consistent weekday schedule Potential for long-term career growth Apply today if interested!
