Registered Nurse (RN) – Full Time or Part Time
Join our family-oriented skilled nursing facility as a Registered Nurse and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. We're looking for caring, compassionate team players with strong clinical and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Missouri
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop/revise care plans with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications/treatments, including IV fluids and meds
- Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, and physicians
- Ensure quality care standards and regulatory compliance
- Assist with admissions, documentation, and staff scheduling
