About the Position

Job Title: Surgical Technologist Profession: Surgical Technologists Specialty: Surgical Tech CVOR Duration: 13 weeks Shift: DAYS Hours per Shift: 8 hours (0630-1500, Monday to Friday, with call on weekends and holidays as needed) Experience: 2+ years of cardiovascular operating room experience in the last 6 months, with level 1 trauma experience required License: Active CST Certification Certifications: BLS Certification required Must-Have: - 2+ years of experience in open heart, cardiovascular, endovascular, Impellas, and dissections - Level 1 trauma experience Description: Candidates must have 2+ years of open heart, cardiovascular, endovascular, Impellas, and dissections experience. BLS and active CST certification are required. 2+ years of CVOR experience is required in the last 6 months. Level 1 trauma experience is required. There are 29 operating rooms across two buildings. The facility has 4 Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems. There are 2 endovascular ORs and 2 cardiothoracic ORs. Additionally, there is 1 BrainSuite and 2 trauma ORs, along with 1 cystoscopy OR. The facility handles 30-40 total surgical cases per day.
