E-Commerce Operations AssociateLocation: Buena Park, CA (On-Site)Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)About StyleKoreanStyleKorean Inc., operated by SILICON2 Co., Ltd., is a leading global distributor of Korean beauty products, offering a wide range of skincare, makeup, and beauty brands to international markets.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing retail store network across the U.S. This is an office-based position that works closely with store managers and internal teams to support retail systems, product and inventory management, sales reporting and analysis, and new store openings.Benefits & Perks• 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (PPO)• 401(k) retirement plan with company matching• Paid Time Off (PTO) + Paid Holidays• Year-end discretionary bonus program• Daily catered lunch provided• Employee discounts on products• Free on-site EV charging available for employeesKey Responsibilities• Provide day-to-day operational support for MOIDA retail stores across the U.S. and communicate with store managers regarding operational needs• Manage POS and retail systems, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and system updates• Support new product launches and manage store reorders and product shipments• Monitor store inventory, maintain accurate inventory data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate necessary adjustments• Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports and analyze store sales performance and trends• Support new store openings, including product preparation, POS setup, inventory setup, store supplies, and overall opening readiness• Follow up on store operational requests and issues to ensure timely resolution• Assist with other Retail Operations projects and responsibilities as neededQualifications• Entry-level candidates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets• Comfortable working with sales, product, and inventory data• Experience with POS, Shopify, CMS, or inventory management systems is a plus• Previous experience in retail or the beauty industry is a plus• Korean/English bilingual proficiency is a plusPreferred Qualifications• Korean and English bilingual ability is preferred for communication with our headquarters in South Korea.• Ability to travel occasionally to support new store openings and retail operationsEqual Employment OpportunityStyleKorean Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
