HR Systems Analyst

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a HR Systems Analyst supports the HR Operations & Technology function and is responsible for ensuring the effective performance, configuration, and maintenance of key HR technology platforms. This role provides day‑to‑day system support, conducts troubleshooting, develops reporting solutions, and partners closely with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize HCM, ATS, LMS, and time‑tracking systems.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Certifications such as HRIS, PMP, LSS Belt, or SCRUM are a plus but not required.

• 3–7 years of experience supporting HR systems.

• Hands-on experience with at least two of HCM, ATS, LMS, and time tracking platforms.

• Familiarity with HR data structures, workflows, and integrations.

• Experience partnering with both HR and IT on system-related initiatives.
