Shift Type: Sunday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapist
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in New Hampshire
• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
• At least 1 year of experience as a PTA preferred
• BLS certification required
• Comfortable working with geriatric populations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Familiar with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs
