Shift: Days | Monday–Friday
Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Estimated Hours: 40 hrs/week | 5x8s
Start Date: 09/14/2026

Requirements:

• 1–2 years recruiting coordination, HR administration, physician liaison, or related HR experience
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ; Oracle preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information with discretion
• Comfortable coordinating with physicians, clinical leadership, and senior stakeholders
• Must be local to the area ; M–F, 8 AM–5 PM schedule
