We are seeking an Onboarding / Implementation Manager with healthcare SaaS experience who understands how to guide clients from kickoff through successful go-live. What You’ll Bring: Experience implementing SaaS platforms in healthcare environments. Knowledge of EHR / EMR workflows and client onboarding. Ability to manage timelines, customer expectations, and cross‑functional coordination. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience with billing, RCM, claims, clinical, or operational healthcare systems is highly valued. What You’ll Do: Lead onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go‑live. Partner with healthcare clients to ensure smooth adoption and training. Coordinate internally with support, product, and technical teams. Manage timelines, milestones, and issue resolution.
