Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Roswell , NM Employer: SalviaCore Solutions Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Responsibilities Conduct one-time, non-treatment Compensation & Pension examinations and separation health assessments. Perform physical assessments, including METs testing, and evaluate respiratory and cardiovascular health. Execute range of motion and muscle strength testing as part of the evaluation process. Diagnose and document findings without providing ongoing treatment or prescribing medications. Complete detailed reports, medical opinions, and address addendums or diagnostic reviews in a timely manner. Maintain a professional environment for Veterans, ensuring all evaluations are conducted with respect and clinical accuracy. Qualifications & Credentialing Must be an MD or DO with an active and unrestricted full medical license. Specialization in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Orthopedic Surgery, or significant experience in General Medicine or C&P evaluations. Proficiency in METs testing and the evaluation/diagnosis of respiratory and cardiovascular conditions is required. Current AANP certification is required. Must possess a personal laptop (Mac/Apple products are not compatible with the required software). Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified (client does not reimburse for initial certification/portal training). A current CV must include the provider's home address for presentation. A Self-Query NPDB pulled within the last 30 days is required. If the provider attended medical school outside of the United States, a copy of the ECFMG certificate is necessary. If utilizing a personal office, the facility must meet specific accessibility and safety requirements, including handicap-accessible parking, wheelchair-accessible entrances/restrooms, and appropriate medical equipment. What We Offer Half-day Rate: $800 flat rate (for shifts of 4 hours or less, including report time). Daily Rate: $1,600 flat rate (for shifts of 5 hours or more, including report time). Training Bonus: A one-time $650 bonus upon completion of all required training and performance of the first exams. Streamlined credentialing and onboarding process.
