Director, Product Management

Role

• Oversee Send product strategy, roadmap, marketing and GTM in NAM. Drive P&L results.
• Leverage market intelligence and insights to evolve Send product, value proposition and drive innovations.
• Develop and launch new use cases. Provide thought leadership on product positioning. Drive share and revenue growth.
• Devise and execute on marketing strategy with measurable results. Partner across organization to create bundles and synergy.
• Support key deal process. Product lead for key CAM segment.

All About You

• 8-10 years of experience, preferably in payments.
• Experience in managing digital payments product, especially in fast payment.
• Strong strategic thinker, track record in developing innovative products or solutions with notable results.
• Creative and curious. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Understanding of financial drivers and partnership negotiation process.
• Executive presence. Influencing skills.
• Ability to embrace ambiguity and challenges.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Miami, Florida: $156,000 - $265,000 USD

O'Fallon, Missouri: $156,000 - $265,000 USD

Purchase, New York: $179,000 - $305,000 USD
