Service Coordinator

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher diagnostics company, seeks a Service Coordinator to support Field Service Engineers in an assigned territory. The role involves dispatching work orders, scheduling preventative maintenance and installations, and coordinating parts management to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch customer work orders across assigned territory, balancing priorities and FSE availability
• Manage daily scheduling changes for repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and instrument moves
• Identify opportunities to optimize schedules and maximize field service team capacity
• Place part orders and coordinate instrument decommissions and relocations for field service organization

Requirements

• High school diploma with 3+ years customer service experience, or associate's degree with 1+ years customer service experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills with ability to gather, analyze, and present data
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience dispatching field service engineers (preferred)
• Medical device industry knowledge (preferred)

Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 hourly; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
