We are looking to hire float pool Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA's) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients every day. We want to build a dedicated team in Atlanta, GA, that is passionate about providing exceptional care to ensure the highest quality of care to our elderly population. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Help with mobility and physical activities as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Georgia.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to assist patients and perform tasks throughout shifts.
