Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and 1+ years Pharmacy Technician experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A healthcare facility in Peyton, CO is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support medication distribution and customer service operations. This role offers the opportunity to work flexible shifts and contribute to quality pharmaceutical care.
Location:
- Peyton, Colorado
Schedule:
- Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and following Monday through Friday, similar hours
- Total of approximately 119 hours between September 8 and September 25, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Accurately distribute prescribed medications as directed by physicians and healthcare practitioners
- Provide clear, informative guidance to customers regarding medication use and safety
- Maintain a focus on delivering superior customer service at all times
- Collaborate with pharmacy and healthcare staff to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with protocols
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Colorado Pharmacy Technician license
- Certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) preferred
- Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care environments is highly desired
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
