Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking an ECE Coach to strengthen classroom quality and support educators in delivering high-impact early learning. In this role, you will provide hands-on coaching, model effective teaching practices, and guide teachers in building skills, confidence, and professional growth.
Through observation, reflective feedback, and data-driven planning, you will partner with teaching teams to ensure classrooms meet Head Start and state standards while improving outcomes for children and families.
