RM Steel Buildings is looking for an experienced Construction Site Manager who believes in leading from the front. This is not a position for someone who sits in a truck or simply supervises from the sidelines. We are looking for a working manager who is willing to get their hands dirty, work alongside the crew, and set the standard for quality, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily job site operations from start to finish.

• Lead construction crews by working alongside them when needed.

• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.

• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.

• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

• Maintain quality control and ensure all work meets company standards.

• Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

• Conduct daily safety meetings and communicate project expectations.

• Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.

• Maintain communication with project managers, customers, and office staff.

• Operate construction equipment and tools as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience preferred.

• Previous experience leading construction crews or managing job sites.

• Strong knowledge of steel building construction is preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Valid driver's license required.

• CDL is a plus.
