Dialysis Registered Nurse - Floater

Role Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, supervising Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease. Key Responsibilities Patient Care: Deliver safe, comfortable dialysis treatments, perform physical assessments before and after sessions, monitor patients during treatment, review medication profiles, and administer medications as prescribed. Teamwork: Collaborate with the care team to complete assessments and care plans, ensure staffing compliance, and support overall patient well-being. Safety & Quality: Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations, participate in staff meetings, and engage in continuing education to maintain high standards of care.
