What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and schedule 15-20 line cooks and prep staff daily
• Maintain food quality, portion control, and consistency standards
• Order inventory, manage usage, and control food costs aggressively
• Ensure restaurant passes every health and safety inspection
• Drive kitchen speed and accuracy to meet cover counts and ticket times

What We're Looking For

• Three-plus years managing high-volume kitchen operations independently
• Hands-on line cook background with current food handler certification
• Proven success building, hiring, and developing kitchen teams
• Meticulous attention to inventory, costs, and waste reduction
• Stamina and positive energy to lead through lunch and dinner rush
