Our 24/7 convenience store & gas station is seeking a dependable, motivated, and customer-focused assistant store manager to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience required.
• Previous convenience store and/or gas station experience required.
• Open availability is required, including days, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, as our store operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional with excellent customer service skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with New York lottery is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the daily operations of the store.
• Supervising, coaching, and supporting team members.
• Providing outstanding customer service and leading by example.
• Assisting with store ordering and inventory management.
• Helping implement and support loss prevention and shrink reduction initiatives.
• Maintaining merchandising, cleanliness, and company standards.
• Helping ensure smooth operations across all shifts.
