Line Cook – Unicoi State Park & Lodge

Join the culinary team at Unicoi State Park & Lodge , where great food meets the beauty of the North Georgia mountains! We’re looking for a dependable, passionate Line Cook who takes pride in preparing quality food and enjoys being part of a fast-paced hospitality team.

At Unicoi, you’ll have the opportunity to work across our unique dining outlets, including Smith Creek Tavern and Anna’s Italian , gaining experience with a variety of cuisines and cooking styles while serving guests from all over the region.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Work efficiently across the line during busy service periods.
• Maintain proper food quality, portioning, temperatures, and sanitation standards.
• Complete prep work and ensure your station is stocked and ready for service.
• Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment.

• Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A team player who is willing to jump in wherever needed.
