Responsabilidades de los miembros del equipo de la parte trasera de la casa:
- Preparar, cocinar, ensamblar y presentar alimentos de manera segura y eficiente
- Mantener la cocina limpia, ordenada y actualizada con nuevos productos
- Trabaje de forma segura alrededor de los equipos de cocina e informe de los problemas de mantenimiento
- Cumplir con las reglas y el cdigo de vestimenta de Chick-fil-A
- Otras funciones que se le asignen
Requisitos y requisitos:
- Consistente, confiable y orientado a los detalles
- Actitud alegre y positiva con fuertes habilidades interpersonales
- Le encanta servir y ayudar a los dems.
- Orientado al servicio al cliente y capaz de realizar mltiples tareas
- Funciona bien de forma independiente y en un entorno de equipo
- Estar dispuesto y ser capaz de trabajar en un horario flexible
- Capacidad para levantar y transportar de 10 a 50 libras con regularidad y estar de pie durante largos perodos
