Labriola Ristorante Oak Brook is looking for friendly, energetic people to join our host team!

As a host, you'll set the tone for every guest's experience. You'll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating, and help keep the restaurant running smoothly. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying active, and working with a fun, fast-paced team, this could be a great fit for you!

Labriola Ristorante is part of Doughboy Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind Labriola Chicago, Labriola Oak Brook, Labriola Italian Specialties and Stan's Donuts. With new concepts and continued growth ahead, there are exciting opportunities to learn, develop, and grow with our team.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest with a warm, friendly welcome
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and the restaurant's seating chart
• Seat guests promptly while honoring preferences whenever possible
• Provide accurate wait-time estimates and keep waiting guests informed
• Answer questions and accommodate special requests with professionalism
• Communicate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to coordinate table availability
• Keep the host stand, entrance, menus, and waiting area clean and organized
• Assist with private dining and special events as needed
• Occasionally assist guests with payments at the host stand
• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and coworkers

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• The ability to stay organized and composed in a busy environment
• A dependable team player who enjoys working with others
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• The ability to learn and operate Opentable
• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred, but not required-we're happy to train great people!
