This is an entry-level position with our company. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong desire to learn and be part of a team. We are willing to train reliable, self-motivated individuals who take pride in their work and want to build new skills.

You will start by learning basic excavation and jobsite skills, with opportunities to expand your abilities over time at a pace that matches your growth and performance.

Our company performs general excavation work for residential homes, schools, and large commercial buildings. Job locations vary and change regularly. Most projects are located within the Salt Lake City Valley.

Responsibilities

• Assist the job site leader in completing daily tasks and project goals
• Help maintain grade and support excavation operations as directed
• Perform light equipment maintenance, including greasing equipment and cleaning
• Drive company vehicles to and from job sites as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive job site

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Clean driving record required (no tickets or accidents)
• Pre-employment drug test required *Mandatory prior to hire.
• Copy of driving record must be provided prior to hire
