Key Responsibilities of the RN - PACU (Post Anesthetic Care)

• Monitor patients post-anesthesia in a 1:2 patient ratio setting
• Utilize bedside monitors and a-lines for patient assessment
• Coordinate with anesthesia for intubations

Requirements of the RN - PACU (Post Anesthetic Care)

• At least 1 year of ICU/PACU experience
• ICU skill set required
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS
