EVENT SECURITY
Must be available July 4th
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Job Type: Temporary/Part-Time (Event-Based)
Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits, and elevator access points
- Control access to designated areas
- Conduct bag checks in accordance with client policies
- Provide crowd control and maintain orderly guest flow
- Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Deliver outstanding customer service while enforcing site policies
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, or event security experience is strongly preferred
- Valid Security Guard License preferred (where applicable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Perform visual inspections of bags and personal belongings in accordance with client procedures
- Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
