Occupational Therapist - Acute Care
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
Evaluate and treat adult patients with complex medical, neurological, and surgical conditions in acute and rehabilitation settings. Design and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to patient needs. Collaborate in interdisciplinary rounds to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management. Accurately document patient progress and treatment details in the electronic medical record (EMR). Participate in teaching, quality improvement initiatives, and research activities. Engage in ongoing professional development and learning opportunities.
