Travel Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Lenexa, Kansas

This travel Cath Lab Tech opportunity allows you to work alongside skilled healthcare leaders while enhancing your expertise in imaging and scrub roles across both Cath and EP labs. You'll strengthen your resume with valuable, real-world experience in one of the region's top medical facilities, gaining exposure to state-of-the-art technologies, diverse clinical practices, and adaptable leadership styles.


Schedule:

• 7:00am - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday
• One weekday off
• Occasional extended hours based on case completion
• On-call: 1-2 weekday shifts (5:30pm-7:00am)
• Every 3rd or 4th weekend on-call
• Minimal weekends unless on call
• Holiday coverage as needed (limited RTO during World Cup)

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology
• Competency scrubbing in Cath/IR and EP labs required
• Experience with pacemakers
• Preferred: 2+ years in Cath/IR and EP, or RNs with Cath/IR scrub background
• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• No new graduates
• Ability to float across Cath/IR and EP
• Compliance with nicotine-free policy

Role Responsibilities:

• Scrub and assist in cardiac and interventional procedures
• Float to EP as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
• Participate in case set-up and sterile technique management
• Adhere to established protocols and maintain accurate documentation
