Job Description Hiring Warehouse Workers in Greencastle, PA This role supports shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment activities for finished goods, materials, supplies, parts, and equipment within a warehouse facility. You will handle products safely and accurately, work at various heights using powered industrial trucks and a cherry picker forklift, and operate in multiple temperature-controlled environments while maintaining high quality and adherence to established procedures. Long-term opportunity 1st and 2nd shift available Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour to start Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and 401k plan Responsibilities Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for storage and shipment in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements. Ensure customers receive the correct products within the required timeframes by sustaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all tasks. Receive materials and finished goods daily, verifying the quality, type, and quantity of items received and confirming that appropriate documentation, such as packing lists, is present. Operate powered industrial trucks and distribution equipment, including equipment that reaches various heights, after completing required training. Work safely and effectively in different warehouse temperature zones, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room environments. Follow all site distribution standards, including document control and quality policies, and complete all required training. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 6 months–2 years of related experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or logistics. Comfort working at heights, with the ability to be trained on a cherry picker forklift. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Greencastle, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
