Litigation Paralegal Storti O'Connor LLP | Denver, Colorado | Full-Time About the Role We're seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our growing Denver-based team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced litigation environments and is comfortable leveraging modern legal technology. Responsibilities Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle - from case intake through trial and appeal Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and motions Manage document review and production using Relativity, including database setup, coding, and workflow management Prepare and organize deposition and trial exhibits Conduct legal and factual research Coordinate LEDES billing submissions and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines Utilize AI-powered legal tools for document review, research, and drafting efficiency Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and Colorado state and federal court filing requirements Communicate with clients, courts, vendors, and opposing counsel as needed Qualifications 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience required Proficiency with Relativity or similar e-discovery/database platforms Experience with LEDES billing formats and e-billing systems Familiarity with legal AI tools (e.g., document review platforms, AI-assisted research/drafting tools) Strong knowledge of Colorado state court (CCES) and federal (District of Colorado) e-filing procedures Excellent written and verbal communication skills Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience: $90,000-$110,000 (depending on experience) Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with firm match Paid time off and firm holidays Hybrid/flexible work schedule (if applicable) RTD/transit benefit or downtown parking assistance Continuing education and professional development support Collegial, growth-oriented firm culture Location Storti O'Connor is in Downtown Denver, Colorado. #J-18808-Ljbffr
