Team Coordinator, Supported Living and Personal Supports Job Category: Program Administration Requisition Number: TEAMC001922 Posted : May 4, 2026 Full-Time Locations Ardmore Enterprises, Lanham, MD 20706, USA Description The Team Coordinator will coach, support, and collaborate with DSP’s to practice a person-centered approach that is based upon 1) continuous learning about what is important to and for each person, 2) partnering with the person and the support team to identify the best supports to be provided for success, 3) the use of person-centered tools that support the person to be in control of the life they wish to lead, and 4) engage with the person supported by being an advocate, not a caregiver. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a positive environment of assistance and supervision for direct support staff to enable the provision of positive, person centered supports to each person receiving services. Build strong relationships with each person served to help staff support their desired outcomes for the life they choose to live. Assist the Services Manager in the daily operations of the Supported Living and Personal Supports services. Provide regular reports/data to the Services Manager on staff accomplishments, challenges, quality enhancement initiatives, and personal outcomes accomplishments. Collaborate with all PCP Specialists, the LTSS Manager, other Managers and Directors, Nursing, Finance, and other administrative entities at Ardmore as assigned by the Services Manager to best support Ardmore’s person-centered service delivery. Support staff and oversee the completion and implementation of activity schedules that are based upon each person’s desired activities and in support of their Person-Centered Plan (PCP) outcomes and goals. Assist the Services Manager to conduct regular and ongoing evaluation of each person’s PCP, documentation accuracy, and progress toward the achievement of each staff’s support for each person’s desired outcome. Assist the manager with supervision and performance of the direct support staff. Participate in agency team meetings; represent the agency on committees or task forces; be on-call on a rotating basis as instructed by the Services Manager. Assist Human Resources and the Services Manager, with filling vacancies through interviewing, hiring, scheduling, documenting, training, and onboarding of all direct support staff in the Supported Living and Personal Supports services. Assist direct support staff in providing information and support for the annual Person-Centered Plan process. Monitor quality of support services. Serve as a liaison internally and to families of the people served and other involved stakeholders. Establish positive relationships with all applicable team members, including staff and managers, to create an environment of trust and respect. Assure that staff providing supports comply with DDA and Ardmore requirements for attendance and billing including UKG accuracy, time sheet oversight and approval, Electronic Visit Verification equipment use and accuracy, data base documentation and related compliance actions. Under the direction of the Services Manager participate in internal investigations of incidents and complete initial notifications of reportable incidents. Responsible for working direct shifts, in the event a DSP is unavailable for coverage during an emergency or staffing shortage. Attend annual and interim PCP meetings as needed. Other related duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES At least one year of experience facilitating and coordinating meetings with people served, staff, families and involved stakeholders. At least one year of experience leading program and people to advance the needs of people supported. Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in technology and aptitude to learn and use multiple electronic platforms for documentation. Excellent time management and customer service skills. Strong ability to think creatively and develop strong relationships and resources. Confidence and be comfortable working in the field independently. Strong computer skills to operate internal as well as external databases. Cultivate and maintain a strong and positive staff culture.
