As a Senior Bid & Proposal Specialist, you will collaborate with sales, engineering, supply chain, and product teams to develop competitive, customer-focused bids that drive business growth and accelerate the transition to cleaner energy. How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the preparation of competitive bids, estimates, and quotations for Power Conversion Solutions projects.
• Develop customer-focused solutions that balance technical excellence, value, and profitability.
• Coordinate bid activities across engineering, supply chain, sales, product management, and finance teams.
• Manage technical, commercial, financial, and risk review processes in accordance with company standards.
• Support customer and internal technical discussions during proposal development and evaluation stages.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and project risks throughout the tendering process.
• Analyze tender outcomes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase win rates.
• Foster positive customer relationships while promoting a culture of safety, integrity, and collaboration.

Your Background

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, estimating, bid management, or proposal development for systems and project-based businesses.
• Knowledge of renewable energy, energy storage, power conversion, or related electrical power systems.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are an asset. Authorization to work in the United States or Canada is required.
